Full Custom Itinerary Planning
Let us take the stress out of planning your trip. This is our most popular service and includes:
- Premium Economy & Business Class air travel with 24/7 support from our air desk
- Transfers, accommodations, tours, activities, restaurant recommendations and train travel
- Concierge-level service throughout the planning process, including restaurant reservations, spa appointments, etc.
- App with access to full itinerary and documents while traveling
$350 per week of travel, 10% discount for repeat clients.
Hotels, Resorts and Flights
If you just need a hotel, you can browse and book one of our many Virtuoso properties below. If you don't see the hotel you're looking for, please reach out to us as we work with many properties that may not be Virtuoso properties. Our preferred partnerships with many hotels around the world allow us to provide you with these perks:
- Early checkin/checkout, when available
- Room upgrade, when available
- Resort credit at most properties
- Complimentary wifi
- Complimentary breakfast for two, daily
- Onboard credit on cruises
- App with access to full itinerary and documents while traveling
This service is complimentary, but there is a credit card guarantee required. A $100 research fee will be charged at our discretion if you decide not to book with us and we have spent time researching properties for you.

If you'd like a flight booked, we can certainly help as well. We have a 24/7 flight desk that will assist you with any issues you may have while traveling and help get you re-booked quickly.
